Shade is a dedicated business owner, family man, and lifelong member of the community whose values are rooted in hard work, integrity, and family tradition. Married to his high school sweetheart, he and his wife have built a strong foundation together while raising their son and daughter.

He began his career in the gutter industry at an early age, working alongside his father and developing a deep understanding of the trade through years of hands on experience. Over time, his commitment to quality workmanship and dependable service allowed him to take ownership of the business and grow it into a respected family operated company serving communities across Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

Today, AllPro continues to reflect the same values it was built on: reliability, honest work, and treating customers the right way. Continuing that legacy, Shade Jr. plans to join the business following graduation, carrying forward the next generation of family leadership.

Outside of work, Shade enjoys golfing whenever time allows, but his greatest priority has always been his family. Whether in business or in everyday life, he is known for his dedication, loyalty, and commitment to the people around him.
